Our scope -
Fiber cement siding, window and door systems, aluminum cladding.
This completed project consists of 583 units in four Type III apartment buildings over two below-grade podium garage levels on a 5.75 acre site. Two of the apartment buildings will have an additional two Type I concrete levels above podium totaling seven levels. The project was completed in the summer of 2020 and contains apartment units, amenities, rooftop decks, a podium paseo, an additional pool at an elevated deck and retail spaces.
