Fiber cement siding, weatherproofing, aluminum composite siding, phenolic siding.
The project is a new mixed-use residential apartment building with 162 units located across from the Golden 1 Center and down the street from the capitol building. The project creates a paseo between the new building and the neighboring US Bank building.
